Workshop Conducted by Master Trainer Mr. Sanjay Tiwari (Head-School Society) on "Psychological Study of Workshop Leaders".
The first workshop on 'Psychological Study of Workshop Leaders ' was conducted at the Regional Training Centre, Nimbahera on the 25th of September 2019 with a view to have a psychological study of workshop leaders of L.K. Singhania Centre for Research, Development and Training, Nimbahera. The workshop was attended by 25 leaders.
Mr Sanjay Tiwari, AVP Head-Education, JK Cement Works Ltd and Master Trainer, conducted the workshop. It was an enriching experience for the workshop leaders. They were provided with important information that could be used in future training sessions by the leaders. Topics were discussed meticulously accompanied by interesting interactions between the trainers and the Master Trainer. The objectives of the workshop focused on the psychological study of the workshop leaders. Some of the challenging areas which were discussed elaborately were:
- Belief, Reality and Faith.
- Johari Windows – A Self-Awareness Model
- the 12 ways of learning.
- Kinds of workshop leaders
The inputs given in the workshop were so effectively reinforced that each and every teacher seemed to be mesmerized. In fact, they agreed to the fact, that if these kinds of techniques would be used while training others, the learning will be more productive. In a nutshell, the workshop leaders enjoyed the process of teaching and learning. The workshop was a big success.
